This award is given to brokerages in each of five regions and nationally, that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, engagement, growth, and performance between March 1, 2024, and February 28, 2025.

As if that wasn’t enough, we’re also thrilled to be the recipient of the 2024 Royal LePage® Best in Tech™ Award for Division 3—an award that celebrates brokerages leading the way in technology and innovation.

And one more piece of amazing news: Our office was the #1 donor to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation in the East Coast region. Every dollar raised stayed right here in our province to support women’s and children’s shelters across Newfoundland and Labrador—including the Iris Kirby House in St. John’s, which provides a safe haven for women and children escaping abuse.

This support comes from a combination of generous commission donations from our agents (with a portion of each sale going directly to the foundation), fundraising events held throughout the year, and our in-office Shelter Lunches, where good food and a great cause come together!

It’s a true team effort, and one we’re incredibly proud to be part of, especially when in a market that’s always changing, it takes knowledge, commitment, and a whole lot of determination to thrive—and we see that every single day here. These awards are a huge acknowledgment of the effort and passion everyone puts in.
